Quality
Quality does not depend on production in our company – our quality control department and our quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015 guarantee this in all areas of the company. This enables us to gain approval from a variety of reputable certification companies – refer to quality management companies. We realise all necessary tests, controls and documentation of quality relevant data in our laboratory – with external partners if required.
Our quality spectrum also includes:
- permanent material analysis using the latest spectrometer
- micrographs and structural testing
- hardness tests with Wolpert HBW 10-3000
- tensile testing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6892-1;2017-02
- impact testing according to DIN EN ISO 148-1;2011-01
- dimension checks using a 3D coordinates measuring machine according to data sets
- the creation of factory and approval test certificates 3.1 and 2.2
- initial sampling according to VDA standards
- documentation and testing instructions according to DB standards
- ultrasonic inspections
- x-ray examinations
- crack detection tests e.g. magnetic powder testing
