Technical review
Every project begins with a thorough technical evaluation. We review your drawings and requirements and contribute our expertise in designing castings that are optimised for the intended casting process and the best choice of materials.
Casting simulation
By virtually simulating the casting process, we can identify potential weaknesses in the mould filling and solidification before they occur. This enables us to optimise the gating and feeding technology and the casting parameters, thereby minimising scrap and maximising production quality.

Material selection
We ensure consistently high quality by using a high proportion of high-grade pig iron and recycled materials from proven European suppliers.

Design optimised for casting
We optimise the component to achieve the ideal balance between material flow, dimensional stability and costs. In doing so, we take into account both technical and economic aspects in order to avoid subsequent manufacturing problems.
Model creation
Based on the design, we create precise models that form the basis for the subsequent casting process. This is where theory becomes practice.
Initial sample / Zero series
Each initial sample is checked using 3D measurement to ensure that all requirements are met. We carry out detailed tests in close consultation with you and make optimisations if necessary. For series productions, this is followed by the pilot series – a small, initial production series that ensures that the entire production process runs smoothly.
