Production

The foundry is the heart of our production. With many years of expertise in hand and machine moulding, we manufacture customised castings made of grey and ductile iron up to a weight of 500 kg. We produce over 7,000 tonnes annually. In addition to manufacturing, we also offer mechanical processing and finishing of the castings, so that we can deliver them ready for use, precisely according to your requirements.

Our modern medium-frequency induction crucible furnaces enable an efficient melting rate of up to 6 tonnes per hour – using high-quality pig iron and selected recycling material for sustainable production.

Core production

In our core production, we produce customised cores for castings of all sizes.

Processing

Casting post-treatment

In the casting post-treatment, the castings are first removed from the mould and thoroughly cleaned of sand residues and burrs. The castings are then blasted and cleaned to ensure clean surfaces.

The mechanical processing of our castings, such as milling, turning and drilling, is carried out directly at our site in Delligsen.
